- Reduce the time spent in the field by investing in the right tools
- Simple & easy to use
- Includes instructions on how to approach troubleshooting 2Wire systems
Use your time on a service call more efficiently by investing in the right tools. These components were developed specifically to help pinpoint a field wiring, wire splice and/or shorting solenoid for 2Wire systems.
Most 2Wire systems have some form of short protection in their circuitry that can make troubleshooting a wiring issue difficult. The faultfinder transformer allows you to inject 30 VAC power down the 2Wire path. This device along with the Digital Clamp Meter can help you quickly isolate a broken wire or bad wire splice. Require a 120-volt power source.
Digial Clamp Meter
Quickly clamp over one of the 2Wire communication wires without have to un-do existing wire splices saves both time and money. Measures full-scale current 40mA to 100 Amps. AC volts to 500v, Resistance 400 ohms.
Need to verify if an 8-station sender or decoder is programmed correctly or simply need to add to an existing Underhill system? The portable programmer allows you to do this in the convenience of your office or a home rather than in the field.
